Okay, I searched and couldn't find the solution to this problem. Every thread that explains how to get Wireless hotsyncing to work on the UX assumes you have or can get the Modem Sync menus under Options in Hotsync, but this UX we just received doesn't. I've read all the threads I found and none so far explain how to get that option to appear in the Hotsync/Options menu. I recall having this problem with one other UX before, but can't recall how I got it to work so that the menus I need appear. HELP!
