Hot Synch Errors

After every Hot Synch I get the following "Unknown Errors".
Protocol Error Unkown 4001
and Unknown Error 206.
Does anyone have any idea what they are and how they can be fixed?

I got these for a while. I think I got rid of it by uninstalling docs 2 go and reinstalling after a hard reset and an ms backup. But this thread suggests an alternative solution which might work... http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3272
