Help: Migrating to new Computer

Bought a new computer and now I need to move my clie desktop/files/folders from my old computer. Couldn't find anything in the forum search. I'd appreciate it if someone who has done this recently could advise me how to move my data/conduits etc. (using Clie NR70/Desktop 4.01/Daynotez/Smartlist/SplashID...)
