Hey everyone,
I was just wondering how many of you get your ebooks from fictionwise? I work for them as a software developer (great great great company) and wanted to let the Clie community know that if you guys have any problems/questions/concerns about fictionwise or orders you placed, etc - feel free to PM or email me and I'll try my best to help you out or forward it on to my boss.

Thanks!

I buy my books from Fictionwise and have never had a problem. It's great that there is a company that provides eBooks in multiple formats.

I buy from Fictionwise, too, and have never had a problem. Here's a suggstion, though:

When you buy several books at one time, it would be nice if you could do a "Bulk Download" for only those books you just purchased (rather than everything in your bookshelf).

I'm glad everyone is having a good experience with Fictionwise, we try hard! Javabird - that sounds like a great idea and I will let my boss know, as well as personally look into what I can code up that would provide that functionality.

Just another very satisfied, frequent Fictionwise purchaser!

I have become a full time Fictionwise customer in recent months even getting the buywise membership. I stopped shopping at Palm Digital when Palm Gear took them over and they raised the prices.

I have probably bought 25 ebooks since September alone, but all those 100% rebates have helped. I have never had any problems with the site or my books.

The only suggestion I have is adding a way to go in and edit the credit cards used to activate my Palm Reader books. I have used two different cards to buy books and both numbers show up on my account as unlock codes. I would prefer to only use one for my unlock code, but there is no way to delete the unwanted number.

I've bought Ebooks from Fictionwise for 2 years now and only had one download that was bad from my bookshelf. Corrected it and its been great ever since. Discounts sounds pretty good too.

I am pleased that Fictionwise is now offering more of the books in PalmREader format.

I have a fairly robust bookshelf at both Fictionwise and Palm Digital.

From now through December 31st, every eBook at Fictionwise is on sale! All unencrypted MultiFormat eBooks are discounted 20% and all encrypted eBooks are 15% off. Buywise members discounts "combine" with our sale prices!"

Also 12 Dickens titles free through December 25...

Wasn't logged in.... :)

This storewide sale is a great oppurtunity - I can't take credit for it, but I did suggest some kind of discount JUST for the community - I'll have to wait until the holiday sale is over and see about some discount codes we might have. Not sure yet...
Anyway, thanks to everyone who visits and buys from Fictionwise, we appreciate it!!!

Chris, here's another idea:

On the New ebooks page, it would be nice to be able to sort or filter the books by category. So, I can easily find only the SciFi or Mystery books, for example.

I have been a fictionwise member for over 2 years not (almost since it started). I usually purchase ebooks from there once every month or two and the only time I encountered any problems was when I didn't check the format of the ebook! (Dumb!)

Any glitches in all those purchases. None! Zip! Nada!

Fictionwise has been improving it's services and features and has great technical responses to sales queries.

I have no complaints about Fictionwise, rather - praise and good comments. Keep up the good work!
