can someone help me with this questions?
1.what should I do in category setup ?it asks me to overwrite system category info?

2. I have most of my programs in my memory card / launcher folder but it seems a bit slower to launch should I be using a different program ?

1) I still have not READ completely the zlauncher instructions...

2) AS I understand it the programs is copied to the RAM of the PDA... so THAT is why there is a wait. AND that wait exists for ANY program stored in the memory stick.

IT is not you...

BUT I think others use some other s/w to launch programs from the MS...

2. try using powerram to move the programs to the memory stick. they will run like they are in ram.

Powerram?? I have heard of PowerRun, are they different apps??

What this will do is rewrite all your categories existing in ZLauncher onto the default launcher. Therefore the default launcher will be exactly the same as ZLauncher in catergories. This includes the programs in the categories. It worked for me.
