SJ30 @ SonyStyle

I have had a SJ30 on order from SonyStyle since 1/20/03. The order when placed (for $249 mind you) had an expected ship date of 2-7-03.... It has not happened and I cannot get an answer out of customer service other than out of stock. Has anyone else had similar experiences? This is my first order with them and frankly the service and communication has been very poor.

my understanding is that SJ30 will probably be discontinued.
if i were you, i'd cancel that order (they shouldn't have billed you yet) and look elsewhere, as it's now $219... try bestbuy.com.

or do what i'm doing, and wait for the SJ33 to come out.

I would cancel your order, and get it from BestBuy. Free shipping also, plus a $50 gift certificate (redeemable online).

Bingo... I followed your advice and scored a Best Buy on line with store pick up tomorrow. Apparently SonyStyle is last in line to get shipments. I liked the $219 price too.
