drive not formatted

iv been looking for ages in older posts to find a way to fix this problem. so, for lal of us out there, could anyone please tell us:

Is there anyone who has encountered and successfully fixed the Drive not formatted/cannot format drive problem.

also, for those of us who didnt get data export in the cfutility package where can we get it?

also, does the 2.2gb microdrive work with the clie, specifically the nz90?

and there is now 1.0.8 of cf utility so how do i remove my current drivers to install it?
