New Safari update available.

It increases the speed of Flash and offers some other fixes. Flash now seems to run faster on Safari then it does on IE.

I've been having display issues with this new .60 update as well, in particular with Excite.com. The pages no longer scale to the correct screen size as they did in version .51. I'll go to International Herald Tribune and submit a bug report to Apple.

Despite the occasional odd webpage Safari has become my primary browser on the Mac, even though it is still in beta. It works the way a 21st century browser ought to work and it exposes how overly bloated IE is. It's incredible how quickly pages are rendered using the same bandwidth.

Safari ROCKS!!! I'm just glad I wasn't the only one bummed out by the Flash performance. Everytime I found a commercial site that did not work properly, I would click on the bug, describe the issue and mention how slow Flash was. Was is the keyword.
