Docs to Go and Hotsync

Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious, but I'm using Docs to Go premium and when I use hotsync, it only syncs my documents about once every three or four times that I use it.

I've added the docs to the list. They show as "needs sync" but when I do the HotSync -- NOTHING.

Any thoughts?

In the Hotsync Manager, is DTG set to sync with the PDA always?

I would uninstall and reinstall Docs To Go desktop and see if that fixes it. If not, I would uninstall Palm Desktop, Docs To Go desktop. Reinstall both plus any missing third party conduits (make list before you uninstall) from other apps. Sounds like a lot of work, but it shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes (if you know what you're doing).

Whoa, it sounds like the problem is mainly with DTG and not the Palm Desktop.

Uninstall and reinstall DTG to the desktop and PDA. If that does not work, redownload the software from Dataviz. Install the newly downloaded software (after uninstalling the old software). Hopefully, it should work.

I did a reinstall of the DTG program and it seems to be working now.

I'm having somewhat of a similar problem except spredsheets and documents created on my handheld are not syncing to my desktop. They continue to show up as "Missing" in the DTG Desktop app. Spreadsheets and documents created on my desktop and "installed" via the DTG Desktop app are showing up on my handheld fine.
