I have uploaded my finished ZLauncher Crystal Theme and Iconset (http://pdashine.lesliefranke.com/ebooks/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=69) to my website, in both Palm and Sony format. Included are several backgrounds. This theme is fairly similiar in style to my Noia theme but both the icon and iconsets are different.

Credits go to Everaldo Coelho, creator of the orginial icon set for Linux, and to Festus (I used his ZLauncher Thememaker and ZL Iconset Factory to make the theme and iconset).

Looks nice!

My only comment at the moment is the memory meter seems out of place compared to the rest of the grahpics.

Nice.:) One comment, I think the backgrounds are sized to 480x480 in the zip. Is that to cover both 320x480 and 480x320 at the same time?

But it can also easily be fixed with a little photoshop. ;)

One comment, I think the backgrounds are sized to 480x480 in the zip. Is that to cover both 320x480 and 480x320 at the same time?

I currently have a t655 (which I ran the 320 * 320) and a T3. On the T3 a background of 480 * 480 switches between both views nicely. Is this not also true of the hires+ sony handhelds? If not let me know, I can make the backgrounds the correct size.

It looks great, but there is no "All Buttons" gadget icon, on my SJ33 there is just a blank spot on the tool bar where I position the "All Buttons" gadget.

Sorry, I do not know how I missed that. I have uploaded a new version of the Crystal theme that includes that icon.

The theme has a problem with the separator line of the tabs on UX50's landscape display. The separator line appears too short (320 pixels only, not full 480). Most of the themes I found on the web have the same problem. However, the default theme that comes with the ZL package works without this problem. A fix for landscape display?

I increased the size of the seperator lines and uploaded a new version to my website. This should fix the problem.

Let me know if this fixed the problem. If so I will make the changes to the other two themes. The bottom and top blue panels work correctly in landscape mode for you I presume then.

Excellent Leslie. That fixes the separator line. I like this theme because of a nicer set of tab icons than others that mainly use the zztechs default set.

However, the tools and control panels have borders around at 320 pixels wide. So, the right portion of the display repeat the bitmap that shows the border about 1/3 of the full width of the landscape display.

Do you use CodeWarrior to edit the theme?

I changed all of the bitmaps to a 480 length. It looks fine on my T665 and T3. Let me know if it looks fine on your landscape display. In addition the arrows to not have such jagged edges now (that was bothering me).

Do you use CodeWarrior to edit the theme?
I used the GIMP for Windows to play around with and change the bitmaps then compiled the theme using the ZL Thememaker by Festus.

Hey there tnA cool zltheme...I guess you must use the same windowblinds I use...lol I have uploaded a piccie of my desktop showing the icons that match this theme as well as a simular wallpaper. Maybe if thiers someone out there that does icons we could get them for ZL....what a x-mas prezzie that would be....lol. Anywho I have upload the screenshot but it appears there is a problem with the colours showing up properly on cliesource. Note: I created these skins with Festus's Clie UX SkinMaker, and only tested them on Sony's Landscape Emulator. The VG is only 8 bit which doesn't look as good as the ZL BackImage. If I have time (before the holiday season is over), I will try to improve it.:p

Have to say this is my favorite Christmas theme so thank you! does the vg and sb for nx80 and and request? do you think you can make one to use throughout winter with this background and theme that way it does'nt just have to used for christmas. otherwise this will be christmas till spring, lol. dr

Made the change. Probably should have done this already as the file sizes are much smaller and there is little loss in picture quality.

Updated the ZLauncher Crystal theme again.

Added numerous application icons to the icon set (In addition, I changed a few application icons to better reflect what these icons do) and improved the look of several icons on the theme.
