Clie Replacement Parts?

Any resources out there for ordering Clie repair parts?

My NX60 has popped one of the little black plastic edge covers (the one that surrounds the recorder button).   Calls to Sony have been unproductive.  They want me to send it in; I want them to just send the part.

Part # 4-661-857-21 or 4-661-856-31 (not sure which one).
