Mainly 'Drug programs' like epocrates which help in prescribing meds, as well as clinical calculators like MedRules, Eponyms, MedMath, MedCalc, and Pregnancy/Fertility Calculators. Web-pages and other 'e-books' on iSIlo get alot of use as well. But its main use for most remains for telephone numbers and appts.
Check out Andrew Yee's http://eponyms.net for some great link. I'm working on some links/downloads specific for surgery at http://www.anastomosis.net

Correction: I read the post at the top of the page "My dad is an MD and FACOG in Columbus, and he just recently got a clie when I got my NX-60. What kind of programs do you docs use on your palm os to help your job? " - not the original post. To my amazement, the original post did ask "can we get a count of doctors again?" - must want to start a web site for doctors that are PDA users, and wants to know the interest level. ;)

New to my Clie, just upgraded from a Visor Deluxe which has been retired to the leisurely life of Practice Palm Device or Pocket PPD. Yes, this is backwards from most of the doctors here- upgrading and taking the "old" model for personal use. But then most of you don't have to worry about a Rottweiler biting your PDA in half ;)
I use Vet Drug Handbook 4
and Mathpad for anesthesia/drips/dietary calcs/medical-Dx lab calcs/ etc... and Docs to go for client handouts... not to mention work schedules and contact info as well
using the Clie for personal management as well as Continuing Ed and Convention Notes

Nothing fancy, just saved a screencap of a lung scan from the imaging station. But the cool part will be when I get my cell adaptor, then I can check studies on-call (via a dial-up), while sitting in a restaurant :D
Most nuclear medicine studies are acquired in either 64x64 or 128x128, so the Clie's screen is more than enough to be diagnostic. Unless I need to see the chest film, but that's another story...

Paediatric Trainee (SHO) in the UK.
I have used epocrates and most of the skyscape products (paediatric versions) in the past. My favourite is Cogniq as you can select abstracts from most of the paediatric journals to read (and sound at least a little more intelligent then normal on ward rounds ;) )
