Thumb-keyboard Problems

Just got the thumb keyboard from SONY. Installed it the first time around and everything was good. Took the keyboard off and did some things. Today I re-attach the keyboard and nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?

I know I am answering my own thread but I thought I would pass the info along in case this happens to someone else.

After installing the software the SJ30 did a soft-reset itself and everything worked. A hot-sync later and some other work, I went back to use the keyboard and nadda.

SONY tech support got me to do another soft reset and it has all been good since then.
