I have 3 readers on my SJ30; CSpotRun, Palm Reader and Mobipocket. I find that different readers run the battery down at different rates even though I use them all the same way (jog dial to advance page, same backlighting) I noticed this on my Visor as well. Why do you think this happens?

BTW CSpotRun is the most battery friendly even though it has an autoscroll feature.

That's a good question, never thought about it before.

PS: I use WordSmith and TealDoc. A much better combo if you ask me.

maybe non-supported hi-res apps are more battery friendly.

I use my readers for e-books only:) and all the readers were just transfered over from my Visor Deluxe so not hi-res.

BTW rob_squared, your avatar .... too real
