You need to have 6-8MB of free RAM when installing Netfront.

I seem to recall I got it installed with just over 4 MB. It works great off the MS (I'm using PowerRUN), but still wants 2MB+ free internal memory to run.

Your right, I think it is 4-6MB, not 6-8MB.

I run NetFront on 2 MB's of free space. I turned off the animations on the websites. I don't know how much space that saves but I havn't seen a PTL error since.

I just got NetFront installed in Flash ROM via JackFlash (I have a NX70). So far, no problems. I got tired of having to reinstall it is I had a hard reset. It happened a couple of times, and it was a pain to clear enough space to install it again. By my way of thinking, if there is another hard reset (I love to play with new programs, so I think I get more than my share) I should not have to reinstall NetFront...it will be safe in ROM. Right? Or is this wishful thinking on my part :(
