Camera problem

My camera is working fine, but everytime i take pictures, it gets stored as a .tmp file in the MS, and hence, i cant see it in the ClieViewer or Splashphoto (obviously, because they open only JPGs) and the Camera viewer info shows 0kb.. However, i'm not in a deep problem because if i rename the .tmp files to .jpg, when connected to the PC, then they open properly in the PC and in the NZ90.. but the problem arises when i've taken a lot of pictures and have to rename each file type one by one. very time consuming and problematic.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the CamS v1.1 update, but no solutions.

Another problem is, the new CamS utility for storing in the CF card, doesnt let me take pictures. as soon as i click, it says 'Error' and the application refuses to take any pic, let alone use the CF for any storage. does anyone have any clues for the 2 probs?

also, one last thing- is the max resolution available only 640x480 for the CF camS utility?

THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!!
U MUST SHHOT THE PICTURES ON A MEMORYSTICK!
THE NZ CANT HANDLE BOTH CARDS AT ONE TIME: TAKE ON OUT WHEN YOU TAKE PICTURES! But say, you can save pics on a cf media?? HOW? I have CamS1.1 and cant do that. Where i get the CF CamS?

agree. i would simply make the point that some registered users need better board rules. why shout at someone, which is my original point.

ahhh, i dont have the patients to check the board (ir is it patience?) one of those 2, i actually need a free xp zlauncher skin but i don't know where to look so i've practically given up, but thats why i'm here, oh and i keep checking my e-mail

would it be possible to recruit you so i can chat with you more often? do you have aim? msn messenger?

Somebody knows if the Clie camera would work faster when I use a Memorystick Pro or a CF Ultra?

I'm pretty sure MS Pro is a lot faster in writing/reading than any CF cards you try to use the clie with

I had the same problem.
My solution was to remove the version 1.1
The version 1.1 has this and others bugs.
