I have just purchased a TJ25 expecting to be able to sync my mail with outlook. The TJ25 comes with Intellisync lite which does not give you this option. I have managed to sync my contacts and calendar. I decided to upgrade to the full version by following the link for Sony users but after installing the software and configuring it for my mail I still can't sync. Should I be seeing a mail icon or something on the handheld?? Please help if you can before I take this back to the Sony Center where I purchased it and demand a refund for it not doing what they told me it could do.
