Is there a chance that this is a misprint? I don't think that this is correct.

A 200MHz with 16MB is a misprint. ;)

Little joke there, but I know exactly what happened. They mixed up the SJ30/22's specs up with the TJ25.

Actually I think the SJ30/22 both have 15 megabytes because they're OS4 devices.

Nope, the SJ22 has 15Mb free to work with out of its initial 16Mb of memory.

I know that, I was making a joke of the older os5 devices from sony only having 11mb of ram.

XD, also remember these new CLIE's that Sony is *soon* to release not only have 11mb usable, but only 16mHz is usable out of the 200. And it has VGA but only 320x480 is usable.
