nx80v does not stay on in cradle!!!!

My nX80v does not stay on in cradle...this even after keeping the stay on in cradle optiob checked.

It seems to work fine with the power cord in my KB-100

It seems to get power from cradle all right as the orange indicator glows and the recharge icon is displayed and yet....it will not stay on...
Any suggestions?

Your's is the first I've heard of this problem with OS5 devices. I don't have the problem with my NX80V. Are you running any security programs or such that have "power off" settings conflicting with this "Preferences" setting? As a last resort (to finding the root of your problem), you can try the solution many OS4 device owners were using:

If you have a password set in the "Security" app, your NX will power off when left idle for a couple of miniutes (depending on what you set the auto-off to)
