I just got a SJ30. I've been using DateBk5, which is a million times better than the built in calender program. What's the sort of address book equivalent?

Dump DateBk5 and go with Agendus which does it all . . . (as he unwittingly and knowingly instigates DateBk5/Agendus war, take 132! ) :D

First salvo: Tried Agendus...buggy...tried & bought DateBk5...rock solid. Agendus was prettier, but in my testing, too buggy to the point where I couldn't count on it to keep my data correct (screwed up todos left and right). With Agendus you can more quickly see what it does. The power and usefullness of DateBk5 takes longer to become apparent...

Have any of the address programs fixed the problem of suffixes after names?
I work with a lot of doctors and academics, and my Palm invariable alphabetizes incorrectly when MD or PhD is used at the end of a name. Lots of names end up being alphabetized by first name on my Palm though they are correct in MS Outlook on my laptop.

I have both and it seems like every month I go from one to another. Right now I am on Datebk 5.0c p6 and its rock solid. Agendus is ok, but it still seems buggy.

Agendus? Buggy? That's news to me. I have been using it for a while and have never come across a bug. Maybe I'm just not using a bug prone feature.

I've only tried the v6...and it was very buggy...did weird things to todos, didn't display them correctly (when you set preferences to hide undateds in the view, it did that, but in the screen that only showed todos and had a drop-down to toggle between dateds and undateds, it would not show the undateds). Few other problems, crashes here and there, etc. Least, that's what my experience was...
Gary
Yeah, A6 has been working fine for me.
