VNC Konfiguration

Hi,

I would try to connect my Clie with VNC to the pc.
By connecting I am recieving following message:

Unable to connect to the VNC server
"172.20.100.133", port 5900

The connection with the normal HotSync Cable.
Has somebody a tutorial adress how to configure my sony?
