I responded DocToGo, because of the way you worded your question. IMO it clearly has the "most features". I don't really have an opinion whether it's components are best of breed or not, since I haven't used any of them extensively.

I really dig Docs2Go Premium. It syncs all my mail and attachments (M$Word, M$Excel, M$PowerPoint)...the ubiquitous business triad. I check my mail, tap on the attachement link, and voila' perfect sync with M$Outlook. It is also compatable with TextPlus, which is a MAJOR advantage over others (such as Wordsmith)........That's how I do Business stuff...

For personal email, I use IambicMail. It syncs with my (home) email (M$Outlook), flawlessly, and I don't get Business files at that address.
