How to change form Japanese version to English?

Now, I use NX70v in Japanese version but I decide to change to English version. How can I do?,please tell me

I don't believe it's possible for a 'regular' person to do it themselves. I've heard there are shops in Hong Kong that can do it, but other than that . . .
