How do i install .exe files with out a memory stick??

I am trying to install the game controller, audio and movie player updates , but the palm desktop installer will only let it go to the memory stick, and as i do not posess a memory stick yet this is becoming very annoying. I am working with nx73. Oh i am a newbie to pda's so please reply in layman 's terms. :D

Double-click on the .exe file. It will automatically put the needed
files in your install folder. Then hotsync the Clie and the files
will be installed on the Clie internal ram.

Thank you!, but it only worked with the game controller, When i tried to do the same for the audio and video player it went to a dos window with a cursor roaming the screen. Well atleast i will be able to play columns tomorrow at work :) .
