How do I start over?

I've tried a bunch of programs, and despite erasing the bulk of the programs, I get the sneaking suspicion that there are bits and pieces remaining taking up valuable RAM. How do I start all over without erasing my address book info?

Synch your pda, check u have your files on your computer then perform a hard resest and synch only the PIM stuff, that should work. Try creating an entry and synching it with the computer, then delete it from the pda and see if u can synch it back onto the pda.

Your best bet in the future is to use the delete function under the app menu in the default launcher! Delete the apps after they are in RAM. If you have an app on the memory stick, just don't delelte that file, move it to RAM first. I always do a soft reset right after any install or deletions.
