Does anyone know a hack or something to hide time in the status bar, or at least to hide am/pm???

I know Zlauncher does both depending on the skin, but that's only in the launcher view. Pagedownhack will let you add functionality to it but won't hide it. I don't know of anything that will just hide it, but you might find a skin that will not have the time enabled, it might take it some searching though.

I know Zlauncher can hide it, but I really want to hide am/pm in the statusbar. The reason I want to do that is because this app called NR Button http://standalone.com/palmos/nr_buttons/ looks very promising and useful, and this status skin I am attaching http://www.lilynet.net/WaterBubbles.gif looks nice. So using the two: NR Button and Status Skin is interesting except that am or pm pushes the time over to the left, making it overlay the very last icon.

Don't be. We live and we learn. Basic thing that both of us have missed. Happens ;-)

The only thing is now that I removed the am/pm time is displayed in military format. But it doesn't bother me.

Glad I could help. Don't feel stupid about it, it's actually in a strange place. The only reason I knew about it is because I had to go in there to change some other settings with the Date formatting the other day...

status bars are cross-compatible between international and Japanese versions. You may use the VGs also, but it's messy.

u don't need japanese, just click the links ;-) The best ones are commercial, I can't post them...

MythoFactory: I tried to load the waterbubbles status skin but INSTALL TOOL gives an error when I try to sync it and SkinMgr won't show what does get transferred. Is this some kind of Shareware? It does look like it based on my fluent Japanese ;-)

WaterBubbles is one of my first skins, and I think that I messed with the file attributes, and that blocks hotsync. You have to try to transfer from the memory stick.
BUT
I think that when u tried to sync it, it just transferred a 84 bits header that will block further copies.
SO
first you have to delete the 84b file with filez (you will probably have to uncheck the "copy protect' and 'read-only' attribute before)

then you put the .prc file in the MS mounted on your PC, and transfer the file from the MS to the CLIE

I'm sorry for the mess :o
