YiShow Background Trouble

No matter what I do, I don't seem to be able to set a background image in YiShow 5.2.  Every attempt results in a message "Can Not Set Background Image"  I am using the following settings:

Image Size 320 x 320 pixels (and other various smaller sizes)

Color: I've tried 12bit and 24bit.  Neither worked.

What gives?

I've gotten that message with I tried to use a compressed JPG image as a background.  This could also be your problem.  Check the file properties of the image you're trying to use.

Thanks for the reply, but that wasn't it. I've tried using BMPs too.  I've tried copying the file over to the PDA in native form (versus converting it through PictureGear). Still no luck.

My problem was that I have an NR70V and the image size wasn't exactly 320 x 480.
