Just got a SJ22 3 days ago and I am still struggling to find out how I can import all my contacts into the Palm desktop software.
When I bought it they told me in the store that one can.
Big questions is : DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW ???
Since I was unable to find any instructions for that anywhere - not in the manual and nor on the internet after googling for it for 2 days.
I also called a few friends who are actually very computer savvy - but I all I got was : try this , try that and try this and try another - but nothing works.
So, did anyone of you transfer his addresses from MS Outlook contacts into the Palm software ? and can still remember it ?
If YES Please, please let me know.

Yes, you use Intellisync to do it. Intellisync Lite came with my SJ30, if you did not get it, you can purchase it separately.
There are other programs to do it as well, some are shareware, some are not (but they are not free either).
Hope this helps.

Why do you want to use Palm Desktop?
It is possible to synchronize with MS Outlook.
Use Intellisync lite, pocket mirror or something similar.
I hope this will help!

Pocket Mirror works great for this. I have heard that Intellisync is also good, but I have not had any experience with it.

Intellisync might be o.k., but intellisync lite is not. intellisync is not able to syncronize with profiles of Outlook (two people use the same pc)!
Pocket mirror can!!

Move your contacts to Microsoft Outlook if they are not already there and then go to www.dataviz.com and download the trial of "Beyond Contacts" It is the ultimate program for what you are trying to do. All syncing is done through "Hot Sync", just be careful of which device is over-writing which.
