Palm Desktop for Clie T415?

I downloaded palm desktop 4 at palm.com and intalled it, I tried syncing only to find a fatal error when I did so. I went to sony's site and installed the patch to the same results. Is there something I am doing wrong?

There are some "issues" with Palms version of Palm Desktop. Go to Sony's website and download "Palm Desktop for Clie". I'm sorry, but I'm not sure about the link to the download.
