Movie Files For NZ 90

I wondering which movie application software is best for transferring from desktop to NZ 90?
As well is Docs to go the best application software for Msoft Office documents? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I convert my DivX movies to mpeg1 and transfer it to my CF card
make a new directory (into the main directory of ur card) mssony\moml0001\
call ur movie files mov00001.mpg, mov00002.mpg and so on
but beware convert the movies into 320x240 and max 384 kb/sec
