I can't SET TIME ZONE

I can't Change the setting of the Preferences/TIME ZONE; it's set to GMT -5:00. When I try to change it, a blank rectangle is displayed.
Thus I cannot use the WA Clock properly.

Any help?????

No I don't have other clock program. I am not sure that if an old DA is there. I am trying to search for it. when I made the first Sync to my new Clie UX50, I had before the Palm Desktop configurated with my old Palm m100, and propably an old DA was left there, and was installed in the Clie.

I think that this might be the problem. I just asked to be sure that it might be for another reason.

do you think this could be caused by TimeCopy being on my machine? When I go into WA Clock and set a tab to be where I live, I get it displaying I hour later then the actual time.
