My NX70 has slowly been holding less & less of a charge. After emailing Sony Service, they asked me to call and basically, they said I would have to send it in for service. No cross ship or anything. Estimated repair cycle up to 10 working days.
That stinks for a $600 unit. Palm has a swap service where you give them a credit card and they ship you a new unit and you ship the old one back.
I guess I'll have to exercise my CompUSA warranty.
