is there an mp3->MS adpcm converter???

I tried using MS adpcm using MQV and notice that the sound quality was very decent .
So my question is there a program that will convert mp3 into "MS adpcm"??? And is there a player 4 that???

there is VirtualDub which can convert the audio to MS ADPCM.

It requieres video as an input but I only want the audio to be converted. I don't think virtualdub can convert only audio.

Acutally, what's your request? If you just want to convert audio "part" in a video file, then VirtualDub can do a good job (it can convert video and/ or audio, depends on your selection in the video and audio menu).
