Maybe this is obvious, but how do you choose a picture to go next to your name when you post threads?

Being that this is my first message on the site, I'd like to ask a serious question. Have any of you heard about the grading program for teachers that they are supposed to be releasing for the clie? I'm a teacher and I'm about 4 weeks into my semester. I have an NZ on order and wanted to be able to transfer my grades to ASAP.
