Sony put all this effort into designing and developing an update wizard, and they still don't have any updates for the UX50. Go figure.

I can't get the update Wizard to download. I get the perpetual message that the page is "temporarily" unavailable. Is there a trick to it?

don't bother...it appears to be a useless utility.
