guaranty?? (display)

i have a nr70v and it is about 1 and a half years old.
i just noticed today that the display of my device is kind a loos so i figured maybe i could go trade it in . does any of you guys know what the guaranty is on these flip displays and if i can turn it in and get it replaced??(i dont really want to pay anything ... ;)
