I got a card that isn't supposed to be the fastest but has nice speed. I was curious as to how it compares to others, also how energy efficient it might be. The card is a 1GB (HPC-CF1GV) from Hagiwara sys-com.
Card Speed gave these numbers (default settings):
Wrt32bit:272 B/s
Wrt8kB:429744 B/s
Read8KB:1092266 B/s
Just for fun I tried Lightspeed on Card Speed (165 bus, 2x) and got the following:
Wrt32bit:289 B/s
Wrt8kB:403298 B/s
Read8KB:2016492 B/s
However the numbers aren't too consistent, is there a better program for this?
Found the specs from the manufacturer:
_Data transfer rate_
_Up to 4.1MB/sec in ATA PIO mode 4
_To/from Flash memory_
_up to 12.5MB/sec
_To/from host_
_up to 20MB/sec
_Sustained read_
_up to 5.6MB/sec
_Sustained write_
_up to 2.9MB/sec
_Command to DREQ_
_<500 µsec
_Idle to read_
_<1 µsec
_Idle to write_
_<1 µsec
_SRAM data buffer_
_6 KB SRAM
_Operating voltage_
_3.3v/5v +/- 10%
_Power consumption_
_Read
_30 mA
_Write
_30 mA
_Sleep_
_100 uA
