Bluetooth Cell or Hotspot?

Hey all it's me again. I was just wondering which one would be better in a year from now? I'm never near a T-Moblie hotspot and there's only one on the other side of town at a Kinkos! So should I get a T316 and a BT MSM or a WL-100 WiFi Card for my NX-60/U?

What do you all use???
