MS Backup and Import on S320

Hello. I have a s320 and sj20. I would like to install MS Backup and MS Import to the older s320. Cannot beam, or copy apps to MS. I can't find these apps on the disk that came with my sj20 either. I have backed up my sj20 to the MS and thought about trying to restore the s320 with the file, but I don't think it's possible. Ideas anyone? Thanks!

Rob_squared posted a solution to a similar issue a friend was having with transferring data from an old MS to a new Clie, and that is to go to MS Gate and just copy the files from the MS to the internal memory of the Clie. I hope this helps.
