I purchased a Sony PEGA-KB100 keyboard last month. It is a great keyboard and I only have a couple of issues with it. First, to make room for the up arrow key on the cursor pad Sony's designers made the right shift key smaller and pushed it to the right. So whenever I'm typing fast and not looking at the keyboard I find myself constantly hitting an up cursor key instead of shift. Drives me nuts.
The second problem/limitation involves the lack of hot keys combinations for bold, underline, and italics. My other PDA was a Handera 330 with a Palm Stowaway keyboard which supported those keystrokes. It made typing documents in WordSmith much quicker since I didn't have to grab the stylus to change to bold or underline, etc.
Does anyone know of a different driver or how I might be able to modify my NX70/KB100 to allow use of hot keys for bold, underline, and italics?
TIA,
Eric
