Your post is a little vague. Are you wanting to actually build a PDA, or install Linux on an existing one? Either way, I suggest you check out http://www.handhelds.org/ and the Familiar distro. It has come a long way in the last year. I used to run GPE on my old iPaq and it was sweet!
