Please help me somebody? I've been reading everything... and I still don't get it. Does the Data Export program that came with the Clie convert files so they can be played on the PDA? For Example... avi files. The only thing I can get to export correctly is mp3s. Is there some kind of secret? Is there some kind of converting program I am suppose to get? ::slams head on desk::

Use imageconverter to covert video. I'm not sure exactlyw here to copy them since I don't have an OS5 Sony.

The data export is suppose to sort thi ngs, but it doesn't relaly work well (if it's comparable to MS export).

DataExport does not do any conversion, at all. All it does it allows you to mount your memory stick or CF as a drive on your PC.

As Spiral says, you can use ImageConverter to convert images and video. Note that it only converts certain formats, so you may need to convert into a format it supports and then ImageConverter. It supports: BMP, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, PocketGear, MPEG 1, AVI (not all), and QuickTime.

Not sure what model Clie you have, but ImageConverter as well as instructions come with with the NX73 and NX80, I know (likely others). Check out the CD that came with your Clie.
