Nope, far as Iknow it won't work. It will work with some earlier Clies, but not with the NR70 or the NX series -- the connector is different. There IS a keyboard that looks just like this, and has the newer connector for the NR and NX series, but it was sold by Sony as the KB11, and wasn't available from Targus.
