Transferring Databases from NR70v

Hello,

I am both new to this forum and to Sony CliE PDAs. My boss has sent me on a mission:

How can he transfer all of his databases (Games, Address Book, To Do List, Memos, Calender) from his NR70v-U (running Palm OS 5.1) to his old PEG-N760C (running Palm OS 4.1)?

There are Very important files, phone numbers, appointments, etc. that he needs to move over to his PEG-N760C (running Palm OS 4.1). What is the best way for him to go about doing this?

Any help would be great, We need to do this as soon as possible.

Do a hard reset on his N760. -Push in the reset hole at the same time hold the up button for about 5 seconds or more.
Perform a hotsync on the same PC/Notebook he uses for the NR70 as well.
A prompt will ask whether you want to create a new user. Instead of that, just select his old hotsync name which he used for the NR70.(You dont need to create it as its on the drop down menu)
