Ok, ever since I used my memory stick to transfer files to an NX the other day, I've been getting some error messages during HotSync. Everything is working fine, I've had no problems, but I'm wondering why it's giving me these messages and what to do about them.

"Possible database overwrite problem. Backing up database *Medical.pdb to..." and then it gives the path to my backup folder. That happens to be the file I was giving my friend. It gives me that message three times.

Then, same thing for "ZL_CategoryOrders.pdb.", then "ZL_CardCategory.pdb," and "ePinventory.pdb" and "psysLaunch.pdb", "Saved Preferences.pdb" and finally "ZLauncher.pdb."

I've done a hard reset, nothing changes. Any ideas?

Does the file reside on the MS or on your NR?

The *Medical.pdb is on the memory stick; the others are all on the handheld.

I got a whole bunch of questions for you...

Are you still able to run the .pdb? Have you tried moving it to the ram? If it's too big have you tried deleting it and restoring it from a backup on your hard drive? Also I assume you are using backup buddy to back up the MS, you could disable the card backup from the desktop conduit, then do a manual back up using MS import.

That's what's odd...everything in that list runs perfectly. It's a pretty long list of files; I actually uninstalled and reinstalled everything it included, and once they were back on, same issue. I guess it's not really an "issue", since there are no problems being caused by it.

No, I'm not running BackupBuddy; I should probably do that.

I've performed a hard reset...didn't solve it. I've deleted all the backup files on my hard drive, and synced to regenerate them...didn't solve it. I must have a program that's interfering in some way. Like I said, it's not that big a deal since it doesn't seem to be causing any problems. Thanks for the ideas, though.
