Hi All,

I don't know what the heck I'm doing wrong, but I can't get my MP3 files to my memory Stick. I followed all the manuals of my TJ35 but couldn't figure it out. This is what I did:

I formatted my MS in my new TJ35.
I try to drag my MP3 file to Data Export, but there's an error that comes up that there's no device drive or something like that.
I used Data Import on the device but nothing happens when I do that.

It's almost as if Data Export has "no idea" that there's a MS in my Clie. Is this a driver thing for my MS? Or do I need to setup my MS in Data Export? And if so, where do I get the drivers for the MS?

Thanks.

Did you load the MS Scsi driver on your PC? Is the PC not seeing the "external drive" at all?

If I'm understanding your problem, the missing step is starting Data Import on the Clie and clicking on "Connect". Once there is a connection established, Data Import will automatically select the memory stick and will even ask to set up the correct file system if it isn't there.

Hope that helps.

PRHAMMER -- I did do what you explained and nothing happens. The problem might be with Data Export. When I click around in Data Export or try to drag and drop MP3's, it'll tell me that there's "Device Driver" or somethin... can't remember precisely... not at my computer now.

PIGBURGER -- I think you might be on the right track. Where do I get the MS Scsi driver? And how do I install it on my PC? Obviously I don't have a disc or anything for my MS.
