I just get my UX50 but facing problem when install Data Export on my laptop: The SCSI Driver cannot be install properly & failed to complete installation.

Any solution? TQ

I had the same thing, but the good news is that you don't need that SCSI driver!. Just try it:

1. Connect your Sony to your computer, either through USB-cable or cradle.
2. Start Data Export on your PC.
3. Start Data Import on your Sony.
4. Tap "Connect to PC" (in Data Import)
5. That's it!
