I want to buy a 256Meg MS Pro to replace my current 128Meg. Any ideas on moving the apps and data to the new stick?

Start the palmapp for exporting, search for the driveletter, copy everything from the old memstick to your new, disconnect the palmapp, change to the new memstick and copy everything back.
