TJ35 and games

I know you guys will probably think this is a real stupdid question, but here goes...


I just got my TJ35 and installed all my previous software from T665. Some of my games run slow or I can't see it on the screen. On my T665 I would just go to the "PREFS" menu and put a checkmark next to the game under the "Hi-Res" so that it won't run hi-res. Problem solved?

I just realized that the TJ35 doesn't have that function under "PREFS." Is it because OS 5 can't run those games? Should I re-buy or ask for upgrades for these games so that they can run on OS 5?

A good chunk of the games that were coded prior to OS5 won't run on OS5. It is pretty crappy IMO. You could write to the folks who makes them and see if there are free upgrades available, let us know how that turns out if you do it. I certainly would if I were you.
