How to swap icons on Yishow

I had yishow ver 5.2 as my default launcher. I would like to know how to swap those icons. Do i need a special appl or just download the icon and install?

Your looking for a program called AppIcon...it allows you to use icon libraries (available here and many other places) to change your icons...
